A q-rung orthopair fuzzy non-cooperative game method for competitive strategy group decision-making problems based on a hybrid dynamic experts’ weight determining model

Abstract How to select the optimal strategy compete with rivals is one of hottest issues in multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) field. However, most MADM methods not only neglect characteristics competitors’ behaviors but also just obtain a simple ranking result cannot reflect feasibility each strategy. To overcome these drawbacks, two-person non-cooperative matrix game method based on hybrid dynamic expert weight determination model proposed for coping intricate competitive group problems within q -rung orthopair fuzzy environment. At beginning, novel calculation model, considering objective individual and subjective evaluation information simultaneously, devised by integrating superiorities credibility analysis scale Hausdorff distance measure sets ( -ROFSs). The weights obtained above can vary provided experts, which are closer actual practices. Subsequently, formulated determine mixed strategies competitors, present specific divergence degree be less impacted number strategies. Finally, an illustrative example, several comparative analyses sensitivity conducted validate reasonability effectiveness approach. experimental results demonstrate that approach as CSGDM high efficiency, low computation complexity little burden.
